Experience Design and Storytelling for Effective Brand Communication

To help private sector better position their tourism offerings in front of the international travelers, In partnership with the Smithsonian Institution, USAID Turizam conducted a series of workshops that introduced international best practices to help transform their tourism products into exciting, appealing, meaningful and engaging experiences that have higher potential to be sought and booked by the relevant traveler segments. The workshops also introduced strategies and tactics on how to position and sell those experiences using art of storytelling. Delivered by the globally renowned travel journalist, Alex Crevar, the storytelling trainings were also delivered to local travel media, tourism boards and travel agents to use as part of their communication with the potential travelers.
