Marketing Alignment for Improved Economic Value and Benefits Across Tourism Value Chain

To ensure wider and better economic benefits to the citizens of BiH and the tourism value chain, USAID Turizam engaged in a series of activities that will help boost key tourism economic indicators of length of stay, seasonality, spend and dispersion. Using the award-winning Explorer Quotient traveler segmentation model, these activities will showcase and promote the country’s diverse experiences and product offerings and link them to the right audiences and traveler segments through the most effective and efficient consumer and trade marketing and sales channels. These include Piloting Hub and Spokes model in Sarajevo and soon to be replicated in Mostar; Designing, and soon to be launched, Signature Experiences of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Most Beautiful Villages of BiH, which will launch in June 2022 and the Herzegovina Wine Route.
