Online Training Courses for Hospitality Workers!

USAID Turizam has developed the Turizam Academy, the first online platform dedicated to the development of human capital in the tourism industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fundamental concept is to deliver worldwide standards and recommendations from international experts to all people, regardless of their level of expertise in the tourist sector. Turizam Academy’s courses are designed to match worldwide standards of education and training, and can assist students, beginners, and long-term workers in the tourist industry. These courses are aimed at government employees, tourism marketers, investors and local businesses, as well as young people interested in the tourism industry. All courses are available for free. A total of 1317 persons have completed 2925 Turizam Academy courses.
