Supporting Culinary Tourism Development of Una Sana Canton

USAID Turizam is supporting the Chamber of Crafts in Una Sana Canton to fund expert costs, training and preparation work for certification of distinguished local food products. The training will include a presentation of new products for tourism, with a focus on supporting four products specific to the region to receive the guaranteed traditional specialties label. Shortlisted dishes include Tarhana (soup pastry), Bihaćka gurabija (sweet), Krajiška potkriža (bread with meat and onions) and perverda (cream cheese baklava) and japrak (stuffed wine leaves).
